Quench Solutions Pty Ltd (the ‘Company’) warrants that the products and components manufactured and distributed by the Company (‘Product’) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase for a period of five (5) years for shower shells and pipework and two (2) years for pump, heater, valves and system controls.

Conditions

The Company’s warranty shall only apply where the Product has been installed by an appropriately qualified trade person and in full accordance with the Installation Instructions and local governing building requirements.

The warranty specifically excludes showers that have surface damage discovered after installation. The warranty shall only extend to the replacement Product or credit to the value of the purchase and specifically EXCLUDES consequential damage ensuing from the Product application or use. Removal and replacement of the Product shall be the full responsibility of the installer and/or owner or where the Company accepts that the Product is at fault, a maximum financial contribution to the removal and replacement costs of $200.00 shall be made.

This warranty will not apply where the Product has been misused, has not been used in accordance with the User’s operation guide, proof of purchase cannot be provided or where the warranty claim has not been notified to the Company within three (3) months of the problem first appearing.

Materials used to produce the product are of the highest sanitary grade standard however, natural sunlight, harsh water conditions, cleaning solutions including bleaches, abrasives and detergents can cause colour fading and or surface discoloration, and therefore no warranty is extended to coloured surfaces of the shower shell.
