Quench - how to purchase

Quench Solutions Pty Ltd enable you to purchase the Quench Shower system direct from the manufacturer. This way, we can ensure that you are well advised and clearly informed of all options and important details relevant to your purchase. As the manufacturer we know our product better than anyone and it is important to us that we share this knowledge with you so that the entire Quench experience is a pleasurable one.

2. Advise us of the purchase you are wanting to make including shower color, chrome or gold fittings and any optional extras.
3. At this time we will make sure that you have reviewed the Installation floor plan, technical specifications and our warranty statement. We will ask if any further clarification is required on any issue.
4. You will then need to provide us with contact details, the delivery address and required delivery date so that we can confirm delivery costs and availability.
5. We will then provide you with a quotation for your acceptance.
6. Upon your acceptance of the quotation you will be offered payment options – Credit Card, Direct Deposit, cheque or Cash. For standard color shells a 10 % deposit will be required to secure and process your purchase. For custom color shells a 25% deposit is required.
7. You will be notified several days prior to availability / delivery of your purchase at which time you will be required to make final payment prior to the dispatch of your Quench Shower from our premises.
8. We ask that you please confirm delivery of your new Quench shower system.
